The Book of Spells by Miranda Goshawk is the first spell book of a wizarding school, the one carried to every charms lesson in the first year. Our fan edition is written as a practical manual. It starts with basic spells and their counter-spells, so that every new incantation comes with a way to undo it, and shows each wand movement step by step in diagrams that are easy to follow even for a complete beginner. The last part is a warning rather than a lesson: the forbidden spells, and why no student should ever try them. Familiar incantations such as Wingardium Leviosa, Lumos, Accio and Alohomora make the pages feel like the classroom from the story.
